It is really a nice machine. I did find the ice to be on the smaller side and wanted to return it. But it really keeps my water cold. I was very excited to get this countertop I e maker since my refrigerator is unable to make ice cubes for me. I unpacked it and really like the sleek look of the machine. I used water bottles to fill it up and it took 4 to get to the max water level. The machine is easy to use, just set it and let it run. It has made lots of ice cubes for me already! I like my ice maker that makes nugget-ice. Two bottles of water makes about half gal. of ice. I keep it in my freezer untill needed. The nugget size ice is very easy to handle when putting in glasses. Was more than what I wanted to pay, but it works very well and hope it last for a long while.
