The good... the tile. This tile is funky fun. I love it and had been waiting on it to come back in stock for weeks for a powder room renovation. The actual color of each tile has some variation and fade which gives it a ton of character and a more curated expensive look than if it were just solid gray and green. The bad... shipping. Shipping was delayed, and Wayfair gave me zero notification. On the day it was supposed to deliver, it did not. I checked my account and it still showed estimated delivery that day but had a note that said 'backordered'. I had to call customer service who told me that it was a warehouse issue and it would be another week until delivery. I had to cancel my tile installer due to the delay. When the tile arrived, the packaging was absolutely horrendous. Three boxes unsealed, and none of my five boxes had any padding on the sides of the tile (only padded on top and bottom), so the tile itself slid to the sides of the boxes and every single box had chipped and broken tiles. Two boxes almost completely broken. I called Wayfair and the rep said that he could not help me with this as it is a supplier issue. My only option is to wait for the supplier to reach out to me so that they can replace the tiles, which will take another week at a minimum. Wayfair offered apologies, but no discount or resolution other than to wait on the supplier to reach out to me. They are beautiful, bright white background. The pattern doesn’t quite line up but I think it adds to the more whimsical pattern. We used them in the kitchen for a backsplash and on the floor in the powder room. Originally the contractor grouted them white and I didn’t like that look, I like the grayish grout better. These are really pretty in person. Ordered grey, slate and green. Green is what I chose, beautiful sage variation and reflective pieces, looks like real terrazzo. Nice blue tile. We used it in our foyer entrance. I took the photos in different lighting to show the color better. It looks deeper blue in natural light. I could not find a grout color to match. I mixed charcoal and slate blue grout. It is not what I was hoping for but it looks decent enough. I recommend considering the grout color when purchasing.. KARLA.
