I’ve already had to contact them to troubleshoot the heat settings, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful, which is especially important when making a large purchase. The only thing I would change is the placement of the power cord; I wish it were located on the bottom of the unit rather than the side. Also, while there appear to be three vents on the unit, the heat only comes from the center vent, but it's robust. I also chose to purchase the extended warranty for added peace of mind. The 18" set has 5 logs, the 24" set has 6 logs, and the 30" set has 7 logs. Complete kit with a log grate, burner, vermiculite, cinders, embers, and standard connection kit. If ordering LP, a safety pilot valve is included. Remember, your logs are not burning 90% of the time, but they need to look good 100% of the time!
