Overall I am happy with this purchase. The swivel chairs are great. The cushions are a decent amount of firm and soft. I do wish there was a way to tie down the cushions, they come off pretty easy with people leaning certain ways and the back cushions can get smushed, but none of that is so bad. I don't love the wood look to the arm rests, my product came with wear on it, and the seller was easy to work with for righting the issue, however makes me weary for how easy the arms will wear in the future. This patio sectional is exactly what I wanted for my fire pit patio. It is very comfortable! It’s fits the space perfectly and I can’t wait to have friends over. Building it sucked! The included wrench didn’t fit the bolt heads so I used my own. To be fair, I recommend a socket wrench for this anyway because it will take exponentially longer without one. As for the allen wrench, it fit and worked well. Again, I recommend a socket driver. Mine didn’t fit the angles so I was stuck with the provided allen wrench and it took a long time. I had originally been deadset on Sunbrella, but this style was what I wanted so my thought is - I can use these cushion covers (which are nice) until they are no longer usable and can always swap them with Sunbrella - but at a fraction of the cost.
