When I contacted Wayfair to report a damaged part of the light baff, they responded quickly and offered a discount. The only problem is the loud noise. We spent 150 to buy another pump online, replaced the original one, and the noice was reduced to half! This made me wonder if the item really is worth the high price. Safety tested and certificate approved. Low-voltage energy efficient design. Better to keep the fountain with enough water all the time (the pump should always be fully covered by water). Due to the reflection of water and sunlight, there may be a slight difference in color between the picture and the actual items you will get. Because of the photo effect, the fountain in the picture may look bigger than the real fountain you will get. Please re-sure the size before placing the order. This is not a real rock fountain, it is made from resin. It is as durable as a rock and but lighter and more portable than rock.
