Been looking for a range hood for a while now , and I came across this range hood . I would have to say I haven’t fully connected it but I dry fit and it works amazing. All parts needed for installation are included. The fan speed is great , very powerful and quiet fan. The only down fault the lights are not dimmable but very bright led lights . This fan works! I live in a small open style townhouse. My kitchen is essentially open to my living space so it is important to me that I can keep the odors under control - as in sucking them out of the room (vented outside)! Or it has saved me during those times I "over broil" something and the smoke pours out of the oven when I open the door. I quickly turn this fan on to HIGH and it keeps the smoke from triggering the smoke alarm! Perfect! PROS: multiple speeds (4 or 5) that are impressive, 2 lights, grills to catch grease and can be cleaned in dishwasher, great price for the higher CFM - I did a lot of shopping! Relatively low depth (7") so you don't hit your head - but I confess I am only 5' 2"! Nonetheless I needed a fan that wasn't very deep to fit under my existing cabinet. CONS: yes it will be noisy if you use above the lowest speed but hey, how else will you suck out the odors?, an electronic touch screen that isn't very sensitive when lowering the fan speed, not intuitive to setting the clock - I have to read the manual to reset the clock if the power goes out, there is a feature to set the fan to automatically turn off after 15 minutes but I would have to read the manual to use it so I don't. I purchased a home with a kitchen/breakfast nook combo, and needed it to be all kitchen. The old stove/vent were the room divider, so the corner was the only place to relocate these. I needed an efficient vent that would be a good corner install and fit with plenty of clearance for side cabinets. It's perfect!! The upper cabinet was modified for this vent, and it is beautiful.
