After a trip to London my husband and I wondered why all houses in the U.S. don’t have towel warmers...we were hooked! So, when building a house we knew we had to have a towel warmer. This warmer works awesome and we’ve been using it for 2 years so far with no problems. UPDATE In August 2021 this warmer stopped working :( We tried to get it working again with no luck.
