I purchase German knives about 30 years ago although I thought they would last forever they didn’t. They ended up becoming butter knives but now these new knives from SWILLING are great, and work like a charm I was able to cut meat that I could not cut before, as my German, very expensive knives just were no longer sharp enough as they used to be . although one of my knives were missing, Wayfair hurried up and replaced it thank you  customer Service you guys are great thank you .
