I recently ordered the aforesaid item and am extremely frustrated with the service. Before placing the order spoke to two different representatives and on both time was informed that the item comes with white gloves that includes installation. Upon receiving the item the delivery company didnt install the item. After making multiple calls was informed that the white gloves is only for 30 minutes of installation and nothing exceeding that time!!!
