The chairs are very beautiful and look very elegant. However, they do have some flaws. The sides did come with some leather damage. The legs had some nicks, and the back flap looks unfinished when the back is exposed to view. In my opinion the back could use some extra velcro to lay the flap flat against the chair. That takes away from the quality of this elegant chair, hence why I gave it a 4. This order also had some extraordinary delays in delivery. So, we had to wait more time than expected. Then upon delivery they had the damages I described were found. At the present time I am waiting to hear from the seller to see what can be done. I will post an update. I ordered these 2 matching Barcalounger chairs in brown. The packing was different on each chair. One had more styrofoam padding and cushioning compared to the other boxed chair. (quality control?) That said, I didn't find any defects on the actual chairs. The back assembly was easy, and screw on the feet. One chair appears slightly higher (they are going to sit side by side) than the other which we will fix in leveling the feet. The reclining mechanism is stiff. These are the push back recliner which we've had before. We will lubricate if they don't loosen up with use. They are definitely a western look and comfy.
