Love the sink! It was everything I hoped it would be. The grates are a must as the sink will get scratched. We did install two faucets which comes in handy when someone is washing and you need to jump in for a quick rinse or to fill something up. We installed a garage disposal, no issues with fit or performance. The drying rack gets constant use in our house. Plan on finding storage space for the colanders and cutting boards. I’m taking a star away for the disappointing performance of the cutting board. One night of chopping on the cutting board and it looks awful. I have had wooden cutting boards for years that don’t look this bad. Trying to determine if there’s a way to coat it, treat it or something. The sink is amazing quality and looks great. I got the 36" sink and I love it. It is deep and plenty of space to clean large pots and platters. the sink pitches to one side where the drain is. The drain assembly included with this is awesome. It has a removable basket that catches debris and a nice cover. Can't say enough about it. Perfect. I can’t find any flaws with this Elkay sink, it’s beautiful. It comes with several removable parts that sit on the top of the sink and can slide along a small groove around the edge. All the handles on the accessories are solid wood, as well as the cutting board. The drain has a small basket and cap. The sink is heavy 18-gauge stainless steel and comes with a protective metal grate (with rubber feet) that sits over the sink base. I purchased the 27” Kraus workstation sink for client’s Butler Pantry in new build. The drain cap reversible cutting board are nice extras for this price point. Thought I wanted stainless steel but was concerned about denting, scratching, and even comments I saw regarding some rust spots. I wanted a sink that wouldn't sound hollow when I put pots into it, I also wanted the ledge with a drying rack and cutting board. I plan to get a colander and since this is a standard 19" I'm not expecting a problem. The sink drains well and looks great!! The gray goes well with the stainless appliances that I have - very happy with the overall look. The rounded corners make it easy to clean and the cutting board and drying rack can be put on top of each other for convenience (in picture this way). I was able to get this on sale, so I got a great sink at a high end price. One thing to note: I thought I would get to pick which side the drain would go towards when installing - there's only one option - to the right, so if you have to have your sink drain to the left call Wayfair and have a rep help you find a comparable product. Each rep I've talked to has been very helpful and found products I didn't see (since they have so many!). Adding pics even though the cabinets haven't been painted....... Suzanne.
