I have scored this item a 1 star not for the item for the experience with wayfair purchasing it. I couldn’t actually rate the item itself because we never actually received all the boxes to build an entire trampoline. I first ordered this in July for the summer for my kids it’s now almost the last week in August and I still have no resolution for this item for its missing pieces or refund. I first purchased this at the beginning of July received only box 2 of 3 wayfair said they would issue me a refund and I could order it again. So that’s exactly what I did. Second time around I ordered I only got box 2 AGAIN! This time wayfair is dragging their heels to “figure this out”. I’ve sent pictures galore the delivery company shows only one package was delivered each time.
