So far, I am given that I bought this online and did not have the opportunity to sit in it beforehand. I am 5'2". My feet do not touch the floor when seated--just something to live with. The LOVESEAT looks great in our RV! Very disappointed in the instructions. We are not the handiest, but the instructions need a good review to see that the order of events are correct. The picture of parts needs a magnifying glass. We succeeded, but not without delays! It was quite amazing to see how it all fit into the boxes and expanded! Was a little hesitant about its strength when I flipped it upright to put on the backs but it held up fine. I’d recommend using 2 people to move it around and set it up so there’s no issues.. Product is good but has a couple issues. The fabric is soft, the color is accurate and overall I like the loveseat. However, be aware that the reclining mechanism is spring loaded so can be difficult to close when sitting in the recline position and there is no positive locking of the reclining position. It stays in place by your weight being in the chair. Also, to relcline fully you need a lot of space behind the recliner. The center section doesn't move with the recliner so that's another drawback. I mean, not a big issue but does block conversation between the seats. Overall, I probably would have opted for a different model with power had I known these issues.. C. Armuchee, GA. Love this recliner and foot stool! The color is the perfect shade of grey and the leather type material is so soft. The chair reclines if you lean back with pressure or by turning the knob underneath the seat. The footstool can be used 2 ways by turning it which is lovely when I need to rest my legs with added support. The chair was packaged so nicely. Each piece was wrapped carefully so there was no messy packaging Styrofoam when the box was opened.
