If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. We really love this couch! We added it to the play area in our basement but wish we would’ve used it as our main couch now. The cushions are so soft and fluffy, it’s seriously one of the most comfortable couches I’ve sat on. Usually it takes time to break a couch in but this one was comfortable from the start. The back cushions and seat cushions are all removable and it also comes with the two throw pillows shown. It’s not super heavy so wasn’t difficult to move and seems to be made very well.
