Quality is very nice, though one came damaged. Biggest complaint is that I bought 9 of them and no locksmith could re-key them. So beware if you want the keys to match. We love the look and function. So easy to enter using a code and still have the capability of using a key if for some reason the battery fails. We like that we can program extra codes for workmen or guests. It is connected to our smart hub so we can check that the door is locked or unlock it remotely.
