I live on the Emerald Coast in Florida. In six years I have had to replaced my tables and chairs three times in six years. The corrosion and rust that this environment is really rough on metals. This C shaped egg chair holds up to 350 pounds. The metal that the manufacturer used is anti corrosive and it’s coated with a special rust resistant coating. The stand does not rock, though you can feel the movement of others shifting in their own hammocks.
