The bed is beautiful and sturdy. It was a little bit of a pain to put together but got it done in about an hour. The fabric is quite yellow however. And the wood is definitely warm. My one complaint is it’s pretty low to the ground so I can’t fit my under bed storage and I can’t fit under it to retrieve cats. I’m debating on risers. Because of how the bed is designed they could have drilled holes several inches higher on the headboard and made the legs longer. Just two inches higher would make like easier. And I feel a little like I’m sleeping on the floor when I lay in it. Cat and cat bed for scale and side of frame to show how it could be taller in the pictures.. Shelley. Salt Lake City, UT. Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it.
