I love this tile. But not everyone will. It is a photo image on the tile. I'm guessing there are 6 or 7 different ones, so you don't notice the similarity. It looks worn and dirty. Like a really old floor would look. The other thing is about the grouting. The tiles are about 18" square and look like four tiles. There is a groove separating these four meant to hold grout. The tile under the image is terracotta. This is not the grout color you would choose. The guy at floor and decor said I had to use the that color because that groove was too shallow. NOT TRUE. The manufacturer says the groove it to hold the grout of your choice. Dark gray seems the obvious choice and that is what I used. The tile is gorgeous but arrived broken. 8 of the 60 tiles arrived cracked or crushed, but Wayfair made it very easy to report the issue and get a partial refund to make it right. I really cant wait to have these installed on my half bath floor, but hope they are shipped in a more protected way in the future (they arrive in basically a stack of 20 tiles with no protection between each tile to handle transit).. Love the look of this cross star tile! We have not installed yet but the boxes were packed very nice! I think one was a little chipped otherwise all in good condition. They will ship in 2 boxes. These came a little later than the time advertised. Our project was delayed by the delay in receiving these tiles. When I called to follow up, I appreciated that the rep was available and helpful and we still got them quickly. (6 days vs. 2) We also were disappointed in the coloring. There is a lot more noticeable antiquing throughout than the photo indicates (it varies with each tile). I still like them, but it took some getting used to and buyers should be aware. The men who arrived to deliver the tiles were amazing! They helped us check the shipment and then moved the heavy boxes into our garage for us. Every single one was in tact when it was time to install them! So, 5 stars for customer service and shipping staff. 1 star off for color and 1 star for longer wait.. jebo.
