I would give this vacuum 10 stars if I could. I don’t have any animals but I recently purchased a velvet sofa that is basically a lint magnet! It drove me insane wipping off the sofa every other day. I was having second thoughts about the purchase but I then thought to purchase a handheld vacuum and omg I’m so happy I did. Sucked the lint away in matter of seconds. Picks up fast and quick and the attachments are perfect for my hall stairs so I can remove the brush and use the hose so I’m not placing the dirty brush on my sofa after using it to vacuum up dirt tracked in from outdoors. I bought other cordless vacuums in the past, but none are nearly as good as this one. I bought a rug recently and got a ton of fine pieces of styrofoam all over it. This vacuum picked everything up with ease without ever losing suction. I cleaned my 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen and battery was still charged. Love!! I've used it for almost a week now and I love this vac. I swore by Shark for a very long time until recently I discovered that you couldn't replace a belt without replacing the 100 dollar head. This beats the Shark hands down. I've also recently had a very serious sinus infection due to allergies so it meant cleaning from top to bottom. The dust captured in the cloth like bag was amazing. I had been using my old vac 3-4 times a week and still had dust on surfaces. Not anymore and I filled a bag in a week. No more sneezing. I can finally get under furniture. Something not mentioned in the description was the 14" head. That's a big plus when you have large rooms and for going under beds. I had to pick up spilled bird seed on a tile floor and it didn't scatter the debris at all. No need to change the head either. It does a wonderful job on edge cleaning as well. It also has an adjustable height for the wand and that was a big plus for me as well. It has lots of power and in fact, I had to turn the suction down a bit on my higher carpets. I can't say enough good things about this vacuum and I did lots of research before my purchase. It's rated very highly for allergies and suction power. I found the ratings to be spot on. UPDATE: After almost a month of use with 3 shedding dogs and using the hepa filter bags, the inside is dust free and my allergies are great. I've also notice almost no dust on the furniture. I love this vacuum. It’s so cute and the suction is very strong. The size is perfect for my 1 bedroom apartment. The long thin attachment fits in between and under my radiator, and there’s another attachment that cleans my velvet couch very well. The attachments do fall off sometimes while I’m vacuuming, if I move too quickly or roughly. My biggest complaint is that it’s annoying to check if the bag is full. I wish there was a sensor.
