The installation was professionally done, although I probably could have completed the hard labor myself (LOL). Absolutely best thing I have put in my kitchen. Wife is happy now that she no longer has to move her heavy KitchenAide mixer around when she wants to use it and it is off the counter which helps the appearance. Unfortunately, it didnt serve the purpose of letting my mom reach the items in the high-up kitchen cabinets, since the pull-down bar sits just above the cabinet floor (if you mount it to the cabinet base). It definitely cant be overflowing or overloaded since its moving up and down. Theres not much to be done with that, although I probably would have liked the back wall of the shelves to go up higher.
