This is the BOMB!!! Now, I will start by saying it is in no way easy to install and required us to add a piece of wood for support, work on very specific positioning, etc. However, after about four hours of work, this was finally set-up and works like a dream. Doesn't sag under weight, glides smoothly, has a high enough lip that the nothing falls off the edge, pulls out really well. One caution, and this is not at all reflective of the organizer, my organizer doesn't fully glide to the right because it hits my oven. It extends about 90%, so just be aware of your clearance.
