Oh man… I guess I’m happy with the finished look of this, but unsteady and wobbly are an understatement. I read all of the reviews and thought I’d go for it. This is for my basement because I hated my old ugly utility tub, so for that purpose I like it, but I’d be nervous if this was my only sink. I actually think the metal top is great! I know some people said it was flimsy, but that’s the strongest part in my opinion. The construction of the pre-drilled holes and stuff is very poor. I put this together myself and it obviously would’ve been WAY easier with two people, but it was just coming apart every which way. I ended up using deck screws ti hold the one side together. As others mentioned. It does not come with the drain or faucet materials. I’m retrospect, I’m not sure if I would buy this again. I could not be happier with this sink for the money. I needed a sink for a spot that already had a plumbing stack and this (with matching upper cabinet) really upgraded a space we were unsure about. Bought to be temporary but now suspect this will be here for a long time based on the look. I did reinforce all wood dowls with glue. One step in the instructions is illustrated incorrectly (they changed the cam and dowel layout on the middle shelf, not illustrated) so pay attention to your pieces. Just received the table this week. Overall I love it. It arrived in 2 large boxes. It is very heavy if you are not paying for the service to assemble it you will definitely need help. The dining tabletop is 2 pieces and on the underside is the ping pong side. If you intend to use the table as a dining table when not playing pool or ping pong I would recommend using a waterproof tablecloth because if liquid spills on the tabletop it could drip in between where the 2 sheets intersect and stain the felt of the pool table. You do need to be careful with the wood veneer it seems like it scuffs easily. The assembly is easy but again the table is very solid and heavy you will need at least 4 people to move it, the instructions recommend 6 people. The pool table and ping pong is a nice size for both kids and adults. The benches are very sturdy and will hold all of the accessories even the cue sticks fully assembled. I'd been wanting to get a single sink since we moved to this house. The double sink in the house (see photo) was very frustrating....both sides too small and easily scratched and the faucet was too low. This sink and faucet are a dream and I love them!
