Love the functionality of the toilet. Duel flush works great, love the height. Sadly, the finish is defective. One entire side of the toilet at the base has a rough, sandy feeling finish, with black speckles showing through the poor paint job. We didn't unpack it right away, because we were renovating the bathroom, and wanted to keep it safe. My husband thought it was just smudges that would wipe off when he did install it. It isn't. we think it would be a professional courtesy for Wayfair to make clear that the toilet seat is sold separately. Also no way to inspect-on-delivery.
