While these hooks are beautiful and different than the standard, they really are meant for towels or robes that have some sort of sewn in fabric hook. My client didn’t like the standard design of the towel bar, and round towel rings are outdated, so she decided on these hooks. While they are beautiful, it is hard to get even a hand towel to stay in place, much less a bath towel. Something to keep in mind if you go this route, buy towels with built in fabric hooks, or have a seamstress sew them in.
