Delivered in good condition and, is just what we wanted. This Koehler toilet is perfect height for taller people. Even though this bathroom is on the small side, the bowl didn’t protrude too much. We bought the matching seat with the LED light - which I didn’t think was that special, but my husband wanted it....he’s 6-2. Love the functionality of the toilet. Duel flush works great, love the height. Sadly, the finish is defective. One entire side of the toilet at the base has a rough, sandy feeling finish, with black speckles showing through the poor paint job. We didn't unpack it right away, because we were renovating the bathroom, and wanted to keep it safe. My husband thought it was just smudges that would wipe off when he did install it. It isn't. 20 inch high toilet is perfect for us taller and lame individuals. Arrived in two pieces and I installed it myself. Requires extra large wax ring (I used a small and large) and I used big foot bolts to tighten down. Flushes perfect and now I don't have to rely on my old cowboy knees to fall down on the seat. Is it possible to love a toilet! Seriously though... the flush on this bad boy is amazing. No more of my husbands leftovers in the toilet. Pretty sure this toilet shoots them down the street each time it flushes. Great toilet! You cant use clorex clean tabs in the tank because theres a black tank inside the tank... aka not your typical flush system. I highly recommend this toilet! Installation was relatively straightforward although the instructions neglected to show where to place the nuts that are encased in cylindrical pieces of plastic and it took us a while to figure it out (they snap into the black plastic pieces that the long side bolts go into -- it's hard to describe).
