Love the functionality of the toilet. Duel flush works great, love the height. Sadly, the finish is defective. One entire side of the toilet at the base has a rough, sandy feeling finish, with black speckles showing through the poor paint job. We didn't unpack it right away, because we were renovating the bathroom, and wanted to keep it safe. My husband thought it was just smudges that would wipe off when he did install it. It isn't. 20 inch high toilet is perfect for us taller and lame individuals. Arrived in two pieces and I installed it myself. Requires extra large wax ring (I used a small and large) and I used big foot bolts to tighten down. Flushes perfect and now I don't have to rely on my old cowboy knees to fall down on the seat.
