Delivered in good condition and, is just what we wanted. This Koehler toilet is perfect height for taller people. Even though this bathroom is on the small side, the bowl didn’t protrude too much. We bought the matching seat with the LED light - which I didn’t think was that special, but my husband wanted it....he’s 6-2. Love the functionality of the toilet. Duel flush works great, love the height. Sadly, the finish is defective. One entire side of the toilet at the base has a rough, sandy feeling finish, with black speckles showing through the poor paint job. We didn't unpack it right away, because we were renovating the bathroom, and wanted to keep it safe. My husband thought it was just smudges that would wipe off when he did install it. It isn't. This toilet is awesome. After installing and using it for over a year, the finish has held up and it still looks like new. The flushing mechanism is powerful enough to clear the bowl with a single flush despite being a low-water use model. Material rarely sticks around on the bowl after flushes, reducing the amount of cleaning required. The only downside is the longer base. If you own an older home with a slightly uneven floor, it may require a couple of shims to prevent wobbling. Also be aware that this toilet is higher than older toilets it may be replacing, which takes a while to get used to.
