When renovating my bathroom I wanted all the fixtures to be matte black but the Kohler Alcove tub didn’t offer a drain and overflow in matte black so I decided to go with the oiled bronze and I’m so happy I did. It’s dark enough that you can’t tell it’s not matte black with everything else matte black. I haven’t used the tub yet, it was just finished today but I can’t wait!!! It looks fabulous! I will open with a note that I have not installed this, yet. I will try to update this once I install the it. However, what I can say is that it is well made and comes with instructions. The color (oil rubbed bronze) is one of the better renditions of this finish - it has a wonderful depth of color and warmth, without looking black w/ bronze highlights.. B..
