Installation was relatively straightforward although the instructions neglected to show where to place the nuts that are encased in cylindrical pieces of plastic and it took us a while to figure it out (they snap into the black plastic pieces that the long side bolts go into -- it's hard to describe). The 360-degree flush is great so far and is very quiet. However, water from the tank continues to trickle into the bowl after the tank fills and the instructions don't give any troubleshooting tips.. This toilet is awesome. After installing and using it for over a year, the finish has held up and it still looks like new. The flushing mechanism is powerful enough to clear the bowl with a single flush despite being a low-water use model. Material rarely sticks around on the bowl after flushes, reducing the amount of cleaning required. The only downside is the longer base. If you own an older home with a slightly uneven floor, it may require a couple of shims to prevent wobbling. Also be aware that this toilet is higher than older toilets it may be replacing, which takes a while to get used to.
