We just installed our 16x12 Kozyard Alexander Gazebo May 2020. My wife and myself installed this ourselves and were very happy with this product. We are in our mid 50's and were a little concerned with the overall weight of the product. The delivery was received in 4 separate boxes which spread the weight pretty evenly. That made it much more manageable. The keys to our install were.... • Remove all of the parts and sort. There are multiple parts that are the same. • Take out all of the hardware and put them into plastic baggies and label with the part number. • Do not tighten the screws, bolts and nuts until you're done with a section. This allows for all of the holes to align properly. This took my wife and myself about 20hrs total between 3 days. We are extremely happy with the product. It rained today, no leaks. . Michael. After 4 days of installing with the help of my son, I am beat. This review would have got a 5, but I’m giving it a 3 because the installation was hell. The instructions are terrible to follow. Once you get to the roof, good luck because you will be saying every swear word in the book. The plastic pieces that go on the end of the roof panels kept sliding off and it’s hard to align the spacers to the hole. Do yourself a favor and buy some high grade electrical tape to tape the plastic pieces to the back of the panel, I chose electric tape to sustain the 100 degree weather in Vegas. Also buy some adhesive tape (Gorilla 30lbs) to tape the spacers to the panels and align with the screw hole. Both these steps will save you plenty of time and less frustration. I read a lot of reviews saying to hire someone to do it. Anyone installing this product will have a hard time and it’ll end up costing you more in the long run because it takes multiple people 2 people is bare minimum, you will need at least 3 people if not more. Just a bit disappointed in these. The picture makes it appear they are much heavier and hang straight— not the case. The material is quite thin and blows ALOT in the wind. Also, the curtains do not secure well to the hooks on my gazebo. These come with two different sizes or hooks, but they would have hung too low leaving a huge gap if I used them. The tabs seemed to fit securely over the hook but in the wind, several came loose. They are also quite long (and I have the Gazebo pictured in the listing.) Tie backs are long enough to secure around a wooden post gazebo, but on the thinner post metal gazebo they are entirely too long. On the outside tie back that secures the curtain full time, I knotted them before wrapping and that helped alot. They still work for my purpose - I use the gazebo for my grills and smokers. The idea is that I don’t have to cover each piece of equipment, just close up the gazebo. Had a good rain the first night and none of my equipment got wet.
