I purchased this griddler to replace the second flat top griddle in as many years. We use a griddle everyday and I have to say "This one is fantastic!" So many features. First meal was seared balsamic crusted pork tenderloin. Searing feature left a wonderful crust on the fillets and the fact that you can wear on both sides at the same time for up to two minutes and then it switches to a user selectable cooking temp I just st slid my temperature probe into the meat and waited for the correct temperature and it came out perfect. This has been more fun than I imagined. Limited smoke. Just such a relaxing way to eat - table side grilling. Clean up is a breeze. Broccoli and mushrooms are particularly delicious. Fish is fast and fun. We love it. Can’t go wrong with anything from Zojirushi. Highly recommend their bread machine and rice cooker.
