I love my new chair! I wanted something for my home office that wasn't the standard black leather but that I could still spend most of the day in and be comfortable. This chair is really high-quality, has great lumbar support, tilt and adjustable height. I put it together myself in about 20 minutes. Pretty easy but I would suggest making sure both arms fit OK before tightening all the bolts. Instructions say to tighten the back to the seat all the way before attaching the arms but when I did that, arms wouldn't go on and I had to go back and start over. This is a comfortable (and beautiful) chair and would recommend if you don't have any back issues and you're not a heavy person. Here's the reason for 3 stars: There is little or no lumbar support, which can be a problem if you plan on working or sitting in this chair for hours at a time. Yes you can probably remedy it with a lumbar cushion, but if you're investing in a quality office chair then what's the point? Also, the specs state this is chair is made to support up to 400 lbs. I'm 6 ft, 260 lbs (I lift weights as a hobby), but notice after the 2nd day of receiving this and just sitting for a few hours, the seat cushion seems to bottom out and I can already feel the bottom wood/metal base, despite it having layered foam support. So.....like I said, if you have a good back, not concerned about lumbar support and aren't that heavy of a person, you'll probably love this chair.
