Large ( 17" - 29" wide) Kitchen Island Lighting

I really like this fixture, just what I was looking for to fit in my country kitchen, not too fancy. I contacted Wayfair to ask specific questions regarding their pendant lights on a few occasions and they were great about getting back to me with answers. Unfortunately some of their information is inaccurate in their descriptions on their website so it is best to ask. However I asked specifically if this light was adjustable in height and they told me no and I decided to go with it because I thought 34" high would work for me. When we got it home there were at least 5 extension poles of various heights from 2'-4' that could have been added to extend the height although I did not notice but I do not believe the wiring would have allowed for this much distance but I'm not sure as my husband installed it..
