The medallion itself is nice and comes as a huge one piece item. It is a little fragile as ours got broken at corner during shipment/delivery. Inside the large box are wooden supports, but if some foam was added perhaps would protect medallion better overall. Also, this large medallion did not come with plugs for the screw holes, so i had to caulk the screw holes to fill in and hide screw heads. For those reasons giving 3/5 stars (missing caps for screw holes & broken at corner in one spot). Colors are nice, will probably paint white areas to match color of our existing crown molding..
