I love my new Polar Bear ! Fantastic ! Getting here was another story. Shipped freight from Illinois to outside Buffalo, NY. Sat there for two days til they could find another truck large enough. Arrived in Boston terminal in Stoughton, MA at 8pm on a Friday night. Sat in terminal for another two days. Then finally put on a huge truck to deliver to my house. I get a call from "Nick" who asks me if I am residential? Well, yes, I am. then he says he supposes I don't have a fork lift. Well, he was right...........not only do I not have one but if you gave me one I would not know how to drive it. I am a 73 yr old little lady. So back the Polar Bear goes to the terminal to wait for a smaller truck with fork lift. Arrives the next day............whoopsie. Cardboard top is off..........baling tape is hanging by a thread and the wooden pallet is half off as well. Told the guy it looked in rough shape. He said he checked it out and it was fine. He was correct. When I unwrapped it........not a scratch or dent ...just perfect. That was good luck after all it had been through.
