The shelving unit came well packaged and the instructions to put it together were very clear, it took me less than an hour to do it by myself. I would take note that after assembly it needs to be placed behind the washer and dryer set so hoses and wires should be unpluggeddisconnected from the wall. I’m in a rental property and have a very tight laundry closet so I had to pull out the washerdryer to install this shelving unit. Overall happy with the drying rack. It was more expensive than other ones we looked at, but I held my nose and bought anyway because it was the perfect fit for us. It comes out just far enough to not block the window it sits in front of (see photo). It was also the biggest one we could find that came in the white color. I don’t know why it’s advertised in the Wayfair photo as offering 140 feet of drying space. That’s not true at all. It’s more like 140 inches. Maybe a bit more if you hang things from the nylon support straps. The seller should clear that up. It’s only held up by two anchors at the top of the frame. It also would be nice if there were anchor holes on the bottom of the frame as well. That way if someone errantly pulls on the bottom of the rack to extend it, it doesn’t come away from the wall. What a fantastic solution for small spaces in the laundry area! This countertop with a storage shelf fits well on top of my LG washer. Here I share a few thoughts: -It was easy to assemble. I ended up GENTLY using my drill, and it went very fast. -It is not truly white. There is almost a yellow hue to it? It's very subtle, but when placed next to something truly white, you can notice it. -The screws that hold the parts together are not designed to go all the way in. So, I have all these screw heads sticking out about a 1/8" on all sides but the top. There are little plastic hole plugs that go in them, but the ones that stick out give the countertop a studded look. -Adding to my previous bullet, there are two screws on the bottom that stick out. Now, they did provide "no-slip" grips to put on the bottom, which raised it up high enough not to hit the top of the washing machine; however, if you don't use the grips, you are out of luck.
