This little gem went Way Way beyond my expectations! We re-use our grocery bags for noble purposes ... to follow along behind our Rottweiler during her many potty walks. OMG, does that require a lot of bags! We used to have a big canvas shopping bag chock-full of plastic grocery bags hanging near her leash at the front door. What an eyesore - but - I decided to give it one more try to find a dispenser large enough to store enough that I wasn't just constantly having to refill it while still having "the Mother Bag" somewhere hiding the rest. This is it!!! Holds so many that I don't have to even have a back-up somewhere. What a great tool this has become - and given that it's behind the front door, totally visible upon exiting - it has to be "elegant" rather than cheap looking & cheesy. This fills the bill! You won't be disappointed with this purchase. You can trust me on that; the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is "just me" - I don't think I've ever given anything a perfect score.. Leslie. I LOVE these bags! Theyve been through the wash once and protected my delicate items while allowing them to get clean. The bags are very roomy, I was impressed with their size, I actually was able to put a full long sleeve maxi dress into the largest bag and there was a ton of extra room left. My favorite feature of these bags, is the elastic band near the zipper closer! My old lingerie bags always came open during washing, but all you do is pull the zipper all the way through the elastic and out the other side and it doesnt budge! I've purchased two of the soap containers to keep our showers less cluttered and for the economy of purchasing bulk products. These are plastic products, made to look like metal but appear well made. It is extremely easy to install. One is installed on tiles, the other on a fiberglass shower. I did have one observation that is rather critical. If you fill all three containers to the top, the weight may loosen the contact. They never actually fell off the wall but I took them down and applied additional adhesive to secure them. I have other Simplehuman products so when I saw the storage container I was excited to receive my order. Upon opening however, I did see a small dent on one side so I examined the shipping packaging and found no evidence of damage so it's unclear to me how the product became dented but because I needed a food-grade storage container, I decided to keep it. Given the current circumstances we're living in at the time of this writing, most of us are ordering stable shelf food in bulk when able, but that posed its own challenges finding a product that would allow me to store bulk food items safely. Then I found this product. I saw another review where someone complained about the amount of food that could be stored in this product. Please keep in mind, the amount of food that can be stored in this container is dependent upon the size of the food being stored. For example, I'm using mine for rice storage and I emptied a 15-lb bag into this container and it didn't even fill it up half the way. Obviously larger dog food, for example, is going to take up more space in this container. I have attached a few photos but am unable to speak to the effectiveness of being airtight until some time has passed but it does have appear to have a good seal I feel confident in saying is probably going to be safe for my needs. The simplehuman brand is a good line of products and if I run into any issues at all feel confident in reaching out to them for assistance with any product questions or issues should they arise. If you're looking for a sturdy, (confidently until proven) airtight food storage solution, I think you should give this product a try.
