Absolutely love this shed! We bought it because a bear kept destroying our garbage. It’s clean and looks great next to our house. What a difference this shed made. It is quite sturdy, well made and looks great. When putting it together, I missed a step (a bar that is supposed to be attached to the underside of the lid at the front edge), but it seems to work fine without it. Since that would have added weight that would make opening the lid a little harder for me, I chose to leave it off. As far as difficulty in assembling ... on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most difficult, I would rate it at about a 4. Love this little shed! Sturdy and fits exactly in the spot I wanted it on my back porch area. Added 2 pieces of wood for shelves. Has slots for up to 3 shelves, but I opted for more floor space based on the items I needed to store in my shed. It took my husband and I about 1.5 hours to put it together. Read the instructions and spread everything out first to make sure it’s all there and that you know where things go before you start putting it together. It will go much smoother! The description of the shed includes shelves however, this does not come with shelves which is why I took away one of the stars. It does seem pretty flimsy but once put together, it holds together well. I did make a base with 2x4 and secured the metal Fran to it. Then I used concrete stakes to hold it into the ground because the winds where I live are really strong. I plan to reinforce the inside with wood to make it more structurally sound and although the roof is screwed on secure, I want to figure out a way to reinforce it from the wind. I’m using this as a chicken coop which is why I chose this 5x4 so this one does give a bit more room. Overall the shed is ok but do plan to add a bit of money to make it more solid.. Kodi. We just completed erecting this portable storage shed for my lawnmower today, and I wanted to take a few minutes to complete a review so other prospective buyers would know what to expect. The manufacturer did an excellent job of numbering all the parts and providing instructions showing exactly how the frame should be laid out and assembled. I really liked the design where the tubes serving as the frame simply slid together and didn't have any small screws and bolts to attach them together, but it took two people to assemble to make sure that the frame stayed together during the assembly process. I didn't like the need to disassemble sections in order to assemble and install subsequent steps...it just seemed to be unnecessary and a waste of time. For example, to install the front cover, the instructions ask you to disconnect cross rails from the middle and sides in order to strap on the cover and to install the roof tarp you must undo cross bars installed earlier to slide the rails into the cover. The manufacturer provides four sturdy anchors to secure the shed and you need to be prepared to screw them about 10 inches into the soil where you will erect the tent so it would be very difficult to do if you want to put the tent on rocky or very hard solid. Also, the tent is tightened by strong ratchets and locked into the anchors so I believe the tent will withstand reasonably strong winds. Overall, the assembly process (despite the doing and undoing) took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours and the storage tent was exactly what I needed.. John. GA. 2023-02-06 15:52:27

This Suncast vanilla resin outdoor vertical cabinet is exactly what I was looking for for our BBQ storage needs. I hope it holds up. I wanted a place to store the utensils, oils and other items that’s not a deck box. I don’t know about storing paper plates or paper towels yet, I don’t know if things inside would get wet. When I buy the next bunch I’ll try it. Wayfair had the best price that I could find for the cabinet and A mazon had the best price for the shelves as they do NOT come with it. I will say that the shelves help it stay more square. Our patio (laid by previous owner) is not level, it’s greatly sloped but I had no issues putting it together myself. Doing all of it, the cabinet and the shelves took less than an hour. Oh and I love the color, so sick of brown! This matches our patio furniture, dark colors draw the heat of the sun. I was so very pleased when I started looking at the brochure directions! They are well done and easy to understand. I build this Factor 8x6ft shed by myself and I am a 60+ female. It is like putting together a puzzle...much fun. I split my puzzle time into two afternoons, followed directions and took my time. It turned out great! The only part when you need 2 people is to attach the roof panels. Most important is to build a level base. I did that with 12"x12" pavers. Honestly, that was the most difficult part of the project. Everything else went very smoothly. The shed is a perfect size for all your garden tools or could be a great playhouse if little children were around! p.s. I was impressed with the door lock/latch because unlike other sheds I had looked at, it is secured within the wall panels of the door so you can add a lock if needed.. Cecile. SC. 2021-04-19 21:18:58
