This pinnacle LaZboy is in no way like our two much older ones. It is poorly upholstered with many folds and a place where the material doesn’t look good. Our old ones are still smoothly upholstered and in terrific condition. So this was a disappointment. The mechanism is rough. The chair is smaller than our pinnacles. We were expecting the same quality, but it is not the same. We need this chair for a bedroom for my wife to sleep in with her spinal fracture - and it has to be small. So we ordered this one. We have bought many lazy boys from the lazyboy stores. This was our first experience with Wayfair. We loved the ease of ordering and the prompt and very good delivery. But the chair itself seems inferior to the lazy boys we have, and we have 8 of them! Is this one a “second” One with flaws Please respond to our concerns. Thank you so much. Robert and Claire. Ordered on March 28. Received updates on shipment status periodically, including the service which would be doing the delivery. Recliner delivered on April 9, and I did receive a phone call from delivery service early in the morning that it would be delivered within the hour. Told them I would not be home, but would leave garage door open. When I got home, product was in the garage, well away from garage door, and not in my parking spot (to which I was happy). 15 year old son carried in the chair after removing packaging, and put the back on. Very simple! Chair iss a little smaller than I would have liked, but very very comfy, perfect color and fabric, quite rocky (this will take some getting used to), and reclines easy.
