This pinnacle LaZboy is in no way like our two much older ones. It is poorly upholstered with many folds and a place where the material doesn’t look good. Our old ones are still smoothly upholstered and in terrific condition. So this was a disappointment. The mechanism is rough. The chair is smaller than our pinnacles. We were expecting the same quality, but it is not the same. We need this chair for a bedroom for my wife to sleep in with her spinal fracture - and it has to be small. So we ordered this one. We have bought many lazy boys from the lazyboy stores. This was our first experience with Wayfair. We loved the ease of ordering and the prompt and very good delivery. But the chair itself seems inferior to the lazy boys we have, and we have 8 of them! Is this one a “second” One with flaws Please respond to our concerns. Thank you so much. Robert and Claire.
