I liked it so much I bought two. My very good friends just got a new house and a new baby. So I bought them this chair in grey. And was so impressed with it when I visited that I bought one for myself in brown. It’s swivels beautifully and rocks great Even the massage is much better than I expected and hits right at the right spots. I’m 5’4. The heat is quit subtle but will feel great in winter. I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. But when I tried to raise my feet, the back of the chair went further down, to a full recline. It is great if you want to lay flat. So far so good. Assembly and setup was very easy. Took 30 minutes but, I took a lot of breaks. Could have been 15 if I charged right at it. The chair is pretty comfortable and the material feels very soft and inviting. The color I ordered was Pewter and it's the same as the website shows. The heat and massage are just OK. Heat is weak and massage is so-so. Plus the massage zones don't really match up to my body very well. Maybe I'm built wrong. The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!.
