I answered the Wayfair survey this morning giving 5 stars for customer service and delivery. I did not like the gray color but thought I could live with it if comfortable. Getting used to it now although the foot rest doesn't extend straight out like my 35 year old la z boy. There are 2 defects as shown in the pictures below. The couch is great. The delivery guys …not so much. My door was slightly damaged from them not knowing how to tilt the couch through my front door. I came outside and the fabric of my brand new couch was on the concrete. I had to help them move the second couch to ensure nothing else was torn up. I finally received my loveseat. Once the second one arrived in McDonough, the delivery process was handled professionally. Drivers did a good job informing me and did a great job of setup. First delivery was a defective piece of furniture. Dates kept changing for delivery of second loveseat. Interesting that the same loveseat I ordered in November is now $400 cheaper.
