I would classify this as a luxury firm mattress. I have back issues and need a firm mattress, but hate how they hurt my hips when laying on my side. This mattress you do not have that. It has a nice layer of cushion on top that settles into a firm mattress. I bought two, one for the spare and one for the master and couldn't be more pleased. Especially for the price! Check out reviews for this mattress online - they're all 5 star! It took about 12 hours to puff up enough to sleep on( the pic is from about 10 hours after opening), and within 2 days was at full inflation. What a great memory foam mattress! It was easy to unwrap and extend open. I waited 24hrs to allow full air expansion. It feels great, I slept like a baby, it instantly helped with my lower back issues ( guess I needed a new mattress). I tried this bed before purchasing it off Wayfair, so I already knew I like it. It’s super comfortable and was delivered in great shape. It sits super high up but I prefer that. This is an amazing bed I’ve had this bed since November of 2022 , I’m writing this review in March 2023. I sleep beautifully every night no aches or pains when I wake up. There’s no issues with a dip or anything we lay at different spots during naps and stuff and that helps. The major problem I have with this bed …… if you are sweaty or have BO issues, do NOT get this bed . The sweat and stench gets trapped in the bed and it feels ruined. I use baking soda to help deodorize it but it just seems like the moisture and bacteria is trapped . I use a mattress protect also. Otherwise you’ll love this bed it’s the best bed for your back it contours and I used. A coupon site and got free shipping so look around for coupons when making purchase.. Super comfy mattress! We went with the twin size. The hardest battle was getting the box open! After that all you do is unroll and open the plastic and BOOM- you have a mattress! I was very surprised how quickly it popped up! My son says it’s the most comfy mattress he has ever laid on! We especially like the height! Not super firm, soft but not completely sinking in soft. Definitely the upgrade we were hoping for! Delivery was great as well- Wayfair was great and staying in contact. Showed up as planned- didn’t even have to be there! I highly recommend!. Brittney. Love this mattress! After searching for months, and testing some out, we decided on this Beautyrest Silver. The thing to understand is that the same mattress will be named differently on different sites, so you have to know what the inner layers look like to compare. Wayfair carries this "Level 2" Beautyrest which has an extra layer of lumbar support. Notice the little bumpy layer about 7 layers down. It also comes in different firmness levels. I like a softer pillow top with support and this mattress delivers. Delivery was professional and prompt with notifications at every level. Another good reason to shop Wayfair!. Elizabeth.
