Oh my gosh, my best friend is having a surgery and is going to have to stay in a recliner for a week. I ordered this thinking I was going to end up passing it off to somebody else when she is all finished using it here at the house, however this recliner is so amazingly comfortable it heats up it vibrates it completely lifts you up out of it or completely laid you back. I’m pleasantly surprised by how convincing the faux leather looks — it gives the appearance of real leather without the high-maintenance feel. The chair itself feels sturdy, well-made, and overall great quality. One of my favorite features is the lift function it’s especially helpful on the knees and makes getting up much easier and more comfortable. Great chair and price, 2/3 boxes delivered well the 3rd not so much. It was flat on the ground in the weather, box torn, I was able to set it up right but it was too heavy to get onto the porch it was left next to. Disappointed with assembly service offered. Many reschedules due to no one available. Stated to be easy no tools required assembly, but due to my mobility, dexterity & strength issues would NOT be easy for me UNDERSTATEMENT. I was barely able to get the 3 boxes into my home. They offer nothing in the way of removing my old chair, which I certainly am unable to do. I essentially paid for a person to waltz into my home snap the chair together & leave for the close to $100.00 I paid. I believe that to be a bit steep. Also, & this is NOT Wayfair's fault, but there is NO physical manual that comes with this chair, it NEEDS a physical & INFORMATIVE manual‼️A manual can be found online but it is USELESS‼️NO instructions re: function of either controllers. I am very happy with this chair! It was much easier to put together than I expected, and everything fit together without any problems.
