I recently purchased the Donati 9-Drawer Dresser and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering it. First, be prepared—this is definitely a project if you’re assembling it on your own. I started putting it together around 7 PM, worked until about 2 AM, then picked it back up the next day around 1 PM and finished around 6 PM. It’s time-consuming and can feel a bit challenging at times, but I actually enjoyed the process and found it rewarding to see it come together. There were a few minor issues with some of the wood panels having small chips, but nothing too noticeable once everything was assembled. Overall, the dresser is very sturdy and feels well-made. The finished look is absolutely beautiful and makes the effort worth it. If you’re patient and don’t mind spending the time assembling it, I would definitely recommend it. The dresser looks great, I love it to much, but it was pretty time consuming (5 hours) to put together (by myself - 35 female) and I am very experienced putting furniture together. I also had the bottom middle foot part not fitting into the frame so I had to cut a small part off the wood to make it fit. I also had to use power drill and some of the screws went through the wood (but that's on me). It was also difficult to figure out how to align the drawers with the metal parts. Love this huge heavy dresser. And white glove delivery was great. Just a few notes, who ever did assemble it was sloppy. Plastic left on hinges inside and just thrown in the back of the dresser all had to be removed and all drawers had to be reset. A little wd40 helped fix.
