Was very easy to set up. Works as needed. However it is a bit wobbly in the center part. It pops and moves a small amount. Probably would benefit from supports there. It holds the weight and works, but without handrails I would be careful walking and using it. Especially if the person has any balance or coordination problems.. Carlene. Box arrived okay but one end of the ramp the lip was dented. Not a problem I just knocked it out with a rubber mallet and Im happy to have this ramp so I can move my e-bike in and out of my Florida room very very nice product and good for my needs highly recommend.
