[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you need a good light for a garage or a shop, I would recommend this light. It is bright. It is not extremely big. Which makes it easy to handle as far as installation is concerned. It does have slight weight to it, but it is not too much to move around. You need to have knowledge of electrical to install this or find someone who does. It does take some time to install. Make sure you are following safety guidelines during installation. Do not try to install this unless you know what you are doing. I love how bright this light is. It lights up my shop very decently. My shop is on the bigger side of shops. I would say if you have a decent size shop this is a light you would likely want to have. The durability seems to be top of the line. It is not flimsy. It is well designed and built to last for a while. I would highly recommend this light to any contractor or anybody doing some home improvement. It is packaged well. There was not any damage during shipping. I do not have any complaints. I am likely going to buy more to finish my project. I am very impressed by this light and the company that designed it.. The fluorescent lamp is clear, bright and cool to the touch and since it does not use as much energy as a traditional incandescent light bulb, it is providing this single mom and teacher with 25% - 35% energy savings. It is also long lasting - 10,000 hours+ - compared to a traditional incandescent bulb 800 to 1,500 hours. My only complaint is that fluorescent lighting includes a small amount of mercury liquid inside of it, which is converted into a mercury vapor when the lamp is turned on and can impose a small threat of mercury exposure to my family.. This Lithonia LED light makes a huge difference in the room. It was easy to install, but you want to have a second person handy, especially if you have higher ceilings. The coolest feature about this light is that it has 3 different color temperatures and 3 different light output settings that you can toggle between by flipping a switch on the fixture.
