This bed is adorable and easy to put together! I would give it 5 stars except it has HORRIBLE warning stickers on the head and foot rails that are not shown in the pictures. They are huge stickers that completely ruin the look of the bed, and are extremely difficult to remove. It took at least 2 hours with goo gone and a plastic paint scraper to remove them. Luckily, removing them did not damage the bed. The stickers don't peel off - you really have to scrape the whole thing off in little bits and it takes forever.. Kristin. Overall this bed is great, but there were a few things that surprised me. The color is much lighter pink than what’s in the picture. I expected it to be more of a dark blush, but instead it was a really light pink. Also, I know it says it’s a platform bed but I didn’t realize how low the bed actually is. The feet to the bed are only a few inches and there is no boxspring so it’s pretty low to the ground. It’s ok because this bed is for my 3 year old, but I don’t know if I would love that if I were using this bed for an adult or older child. Lastly, I wish the headboard were slightly taller personally. If I stood the pillows straight up, you wouldn’t see the beautiful headboard at all. This bed is beautiful. The scale of the bed is very nice. I am using a thick mattress with standard size box springs and there is still plenty of headboard space for pillows.
