First off, the image shown is right after I unpacked the curtains and hung them up. They really do look that good straight after unpacking. The customer service was great, in fact, what I didn't know is that I could change the length and add white lining to the panels. I opted for both and they did a great job. I highly recommend this company, the craftsmanship is fantastic, the order came sooner than expected, they took the time to communicate with me to be sure the fabric was the correct color and texture, and they were helpful throughout..
