My kid loves it! The bed feels solid and sturdy. It took 2 dudes from Angie 3 hours to put it together, so it’s really worth it to spend the extra 150 and get it done unless you like to spend half the day putting it together. Got this loft bed for my 8 year old daughter. Its perfect for her needs. The desk is a little small (ie short) but it still works. I wanted it more as a study desk. We live in an apartment so the bed firs perfectly. Its low and doesnt take up that much space. Theres also lots of room underneath the bed to crawl around and hide. The drawers are shallow but still fine. Definitely need two adults to build this. It took two days and about 4 hours total. End product is great and i'm glad I got it.. Zainab. Cambridge, MA. To start I love it! So I’ll breakdown the deets GOOD -solid construction -instructions easy to follow -you can choose how you want the ladder to sit (pay attention and read ahead in the instructions…trust me) -it’s not wobbly at all -screws went in just fine and fit snug -very roomy -it’s small yet big (if that makes sense) BAD -it’s very heavy, it arrived in 3 very very heavy boxes -if you don’t have a tall chair or ladder or are savvy enough to balance the pieces, you’ll need a helper when putting together -it took 6 hours from start to finish and I did it alone (not a bad thing for me because I love putting furniture together) All in all, don’t think about it, just buy it..
